It takes me nearly a whole week to collect all the data lol, but I still made itI can't say it's 100% correct but if anyone wants to know about the raw data and correct this chart, I'm glad to offer the raw data( just a lot of screencut lol)I know I'm slower than SiegeGG but I try my best. It seems like they didn't do either the overall pick rate or the semi-final and the grand final data part lolhere is the chartUh.It seems like the chart I upload is a little bit messy or? I don't know the reason why nothing shows up on the axis, and I'm not good at editting chart on google docs, my bad. I was just mainly commenting about what was said (by KG and others) about the 'ridiculous pick rate'. I think peoples' hate of fighting a shield makes every shield situation stand out even though they are super rare compared to the other operators.Edit: right after KG said that on stream I went to SiegeGG and tried looking up the stats because I watched every match and Blitz usage didn't stand out to me. They didn't have it, so I'm glad to see you compiled it and confirmed my thoughts that his usage was pretty rare. ![]() Rainbow Six Siege's Season 9 of Pro League is coming up soon, kicking off on 18 May 2019 and all the finalists have already been revealed. I’m enthusiastic about the constantly changing face of Rainbow Six Siege in particular, as well as its community and esports scenes. Rainbow Six Siege’s balance team, who are responsible for ensuring operators and weapons fit nicely into the meta-game as well as fixing them when they don’t, has taken to Reddit to answer questions from the community. In it, the curtain was lifted, showing the balancing process, as well as discussions about most of the current roster of operators.Naturally, Lion was at the center of most of the thread. He has been the cause of controversy recently, after Pro League team G2’s captain, Fabian, to get him removed from the game due to his overpowered ability to scan the entire map for moving enemies’ locations. In the thread, the balance team describes Lion as their, saying the root of the problem lies in his ability not having enough numerical variables (called “levers” by the team) to make granular balancing viable. His drone is a global ability, affecting the entire map and all of the enemy team, meaning there is not much that can be done to adjust Lion without reworking his entire gadget (which, according to a recent blog post, is potentially on the table).A commonly suggested fix for Lion has been to make the intelligence he gathers only available to him, as opposed to the entire team as it currently is. Weighing in on this, Ubisoft claims that does not fix the main issue of and only serves to make him weaker. While only one player, rather than all five, having the locations of the enemy team may seem like a reasonable nerf, in higher-level teams who communicate that adjustment may not have as big an impact as the community believes. Lion.As outlined on the official blog, however he is not the only operator due for an overhaul. Across the Reddit thread, many operators have been confirmed to be receiving balance patches, although they are a lower priority and may not see the light of day for quite some time. The biggest of these are Fuze, Frost and Tachanka.(a cluster grenade that can pierce walls and explode entire rooms from the outside) is considered too high-risk for many players, especially in hostage modes where killing the hostage results in a loss for the team. Wipeout tv show death. Nov 13, 2009 - The death of Tom Sparks, a 33-year-old former TV host from California who was participating as a third-season contestant on ABC's reality show 'Wipeout,' likely was caused by a pre-existing condition, but the Los Angeles County coroner's office is still examining all. It was not said how a rework for his gadget would work, but the community has suggested allowing the gadget to work as a camera to survey the area before detonating the cluster grenades.apply mainly to her traps, which are considered too fragile at the moment. Ubisoft has experimented with making them more resilient to bullet damage, however it has had the unintended side-effect of allowing Frost to effectively close off entire areas where bullets would be the only viable method of clearing the traps out. Her changes are probably considered low-priority, as Ubisoft also noted that she is only considered underpowered at the highest levels of ranked play and in the Pro League; in casual and lower tiers, she is performing acceptably.(Lord) Tachanka is also set to receive. The character achieved meme status in the community due to his entirely useless gadget, a mounted machine gun, making him unviable at every level of play. Since then, the community has been questioning whether he should get a buff to be viable, or remain as a joke character for fans to rally around. It looks like Ubisoft has decided to rework him, as not only is he significantly underpowered, his ability currently causes a lot of technical problems in each update, meaning maintaining him as he is is taking too many resources away from development. Much like Frost, his changes are low priority, so enjoy Lord Tachanka while you still can. Hibana is considered in a good place balance-wise.Other characters are set to receive smaller reworks., all have balances being spit-balled, however, what they are and when they appear in the main game is not discussed. Expect it to be a while, though, as Ubisoft claims Thatcher’s rework will be affecting “many systems”.While discussing Montagne, it was confirmed that to assess how effective they are and what role they’re filling in the game. The goal is to explore the shields’ roles as non-lethal weapons as well as defensive tools, so maybe expect some greater shield-bashing later? This comes after problems with Clash, the first defender with a shield, which has been mostly fixed in.It’s not every operator that’s up for rebalancing, as Ubisoft also identified a few characters who they are currently happy with. In particular, Ash, one of the most-picked characters, is said to be a decent mix of being comfortable to play without being overly viable, as seen by her average win rate despite her popularity., and are also considered well-balanced, although Maverick is still being monitored following his introduction in Operation Grim Sky.Ubisoft also talked about how the balancing process has changed internally. It claims that operators take from the concept stages to full launch and that playtesting is now happening earlier and earlier in the development process to help identify balance problems before they arise. It also, in a challenge to the widespread (but unfounded) belief that only Pro League players are considered when balancing the game, discussed, which allegedly spans every mode and every skill level. The end goal of these processes is to ensure that balance patches can be created, tested and launched than they have been up to now, with Ubisoft admitting it has been “too slow” in fixing these issues in the past. Finally, a few non-balance tidbits were hinted at. The most significant of these is “elements” of the employed in the Pro League coming to public matchmaking, allowing teams to choose which operators are not allowed to be picked. This not only will be good for players, who have been asking for a system like this for a while now, but it could also provide Ubisoft with even more data about which operators are popular, which are hated and which are just ignored. Unannounced are also in development, continuing from Grim Sky’s change to how muting work.Ubisoft really seems as if it is dedicated to fixing the problems that have plagued Siege since launch. Its willingness to admit where it has gone wrong is refreshing (sorry, Lion) and, while it will be a while before we see any of these changes hit the main game, knowing they are in the works makes the wait a bit less torturous.Covering Rainbow Six Siege, its community and competitive scene. I also really like simulators, indie games, Assassin’s Creed and computer hardware. RECOMMENDED BY FORBES. This is just a little topic that im suprised not many people touch on alot. I mean pick rates determine everything (an op being balanced or OP) this is my predictions on what operators are going to be picked less or more. BlackbeardHe used to be at 100% for his pick rate in touraments I expect that to drop harder than a gorrila at a zoo. Do I agree with the nerf? I think 60 is too much but my opinionWho will this affect? No one in perticular except BB, he wont be an issue nor will he be seen frequently. FuzeI already loved him, I mained him before the buff and now he is just fantastic! The third charge helps alot and really does work. Expect to see Fuze shoot up in the pick rates.Who will this affect? Jager He will be seen alot more (even tho he is already everywhere) but most likely alot less in Hostage. Also mute will be a good way to stop him at windows (minor increase probably). GlazHe is an odd ball. Honestly what does he have going for him besides large holes and windows breaking in 3 shots? He does have a powerful rifle but again that begs the question. What does glaz bring to the table? The recent buff to his rifle is great and expect to see alot more glaz's but why have glaz when you can have a twitch or thatcher or shield user? (unless its plane then that ♥♥♥♥ is golden for glaz). Shield usersShields can now do their job and take point without getting killed by nitros stupidly easy. One operator in perticular is going to be a monster. Montage is going to be picked alot more thanks to that buff but ops like blitz and even a shield fuze will be seen more rampantly.Who will this affect? Kapkan and Frost they can deal with shield users easy as long as they places their traps right and the shield doesnt look at the trap directly. Expect more trappers. THE LORD TACHANKA!Hes going to be picked a lot. Simple as that. Its like having the worlds greatest slice of pie hovering in front of you, barely out of reach FOR A YEAR. Then you lost enough weight to catch the pesky pie. Tachanka wont be effective on ALL maps but he will on alot of em.Who will this affect? Expect alot more from capitao, Fuze, glaz, and ash. All of these ops can deal with Tachankas' shield or whoever is behind it without risk. SmokeEver since the ranked timer change to 3 mins smoke has gotten a major buff and increase in pick rate. Last 60 seconds? Large hole in the wall? Bottle necked enemies? No problem throw a smoke and wait till its gone then do it again. Oh look at that its 10 seconds of crunch time. And now this update allows you to throw your smokes like an average person? Yeah expect smoke to counter shields and breachers.Who will it affect? This will make buck and other breachers to be needed alot more. If the time is ticking and smoke blocks you. Well you gotta get in there another way why not make a different hole to go through?. BanditAnother battery another wall. He and glaz should get an ability rework but I would say Bandits pick rate wont really change maybe a little bit more thanks to the extra battery.Who will it affect? Thatcher More walls blocked by bandit and mute will mean he is going to be wanted alot more.Thoughts? Lets discuss. I main Glaz alot and he is pretty good. His main advantage is range but he is also weak to headshots too like everyone else. Not alot of maps give him the ability to setup at range like house and a few others. His biggest selling point is picking out peekers. The peeker advantage is that you only see the top of their head while to them they see all of you that is visible. His rifle sight can spot that and aim for it. He is supposed to be able to shoot through reinforced walls but that i dont know about but he is able to pierce Castle's reinforced walls and can shoot through the bullet proof windows on the plane. Would be a neat feature where he has 1 magazine of AP rounds to do so. Pro League BelgieRainbow Six Siege Pick Rates 2018But yeah most maps just dont allow glaz to shine as much. Id say they should make the sissor lifts and other vantage points a little bit randomized to give him different angles to fire from.
